- Recruit, Train, Develop & Manage Team
- L&D Project plan and execution
- Link L&D intervention with department performance
- Identify knowledge gap and design content.

Desired Candidate Profile 

- Content Development, Design Thinking / Instructional Design
- Exp in Insurance Industry, Product and Processes
- Leadership skills,drive insight from analytics.
- Decision making and problem solving
