-Identify short-term and long-term hiring needs.
-Define on boarding procedures in alignment with TALIC culture/policy and standards.
-Host Recruitment drives/ Track Recruitment KPIs.
-Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards
Desired Candidate Profile
-MBA in HR or relevant field.
-5+ exp as HR Manager / 2+ TA experience in must.
-Understanding of full cycle recruiting.
-Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
-Relevant IT Skills.
