-Host Recruitment drives and Track Recruitment KPIs.
-Training plans per employee , department.
Desired Candidate Profile
-MBA in HR or relevant field.
-5+ exp as a Regional HR Manager.
-Understanding of full cycle recruiting.
-Good knowledge of local labor regulations.
-Hands-on experience with HRMS Software.
